Get Started with ABA Therapy at ACADEMIC GAINS

At ACADEMIC GAINS, we’re committed to helping every child reach their full potential. If you’re interested in enrolling your child in our ABA therapy services, follow the steps below to join our waitlist. Please note that wait times may vary depending on your region.

Step 1: Request for Services

Begin by completing our Behavior Analysis Services Request Form.

This form is required for all new clients and places your child on our Inactive Waitlist.

🔹 Completing this step ensures you’re in line to receive services as soon as availability opens in your area.

Step 2: Submit or Request Documentation

To secure insurance approval for ABA therapy, we’ll need the following documents:

• A Doctor’s Order recommending ABA therapy
• A Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation from a neurologist or psychiatrist
• A copy of your child’s IEP (if they are currently enrolled in school)

🔹 We’re happy to assist you in requesting any of these documents from your providers, if needed.

Step 3: Insurance Approval & Initial Assessment

Once a service spot becomes available, our team will request authorization from your insurance provider to conduct an initial ABA assessment.

Please allow 30–60 days for this process after a spot opens.
